It does not rely on expensive chemical catalysts, can significantly reduce costs, and has low energy consumption. The entire desulfurization process is like an orderly "chemical reaction relay race", mainly completed in the desulfurization reaction tower and regeneration pool. In the desulfurization reaction tower, a chemical reaction such as H?S (G)+ OH? →HS?(L)+H?O  occurs, in which H?S  is effectively removed and OH? is consumed. In the regeneration tank, desulfurization bacteria play a key role, treating sulfides in the circulating water as "food" and converting them into elemental sulfur through metabolism, while regenerating OH?. It can also remove other organic sulfides such as COS, making it an all-around player in the desulfurization field. Secondly, the cost advantage is prominent. This process only requires a certain proportion of compressed air, supplemented with a small amount of nutrient solution, softened water, and alkali solution, without the need to add expensive chemical reagents. The operating cost is only one-third or even one tenth of traditional wet desulfurization (alkali washing) and dry desulfurization (chemical oxidation). It is worth mentioning that the final product of its desulfurization is high-purity elemental sulfur, which has no secondary pollution, does not require further treatment, and can be sold directly, bringing additional revenue.
