沼氣發(fā)酵溫度如何控制？

溫度場的分布和變化將直接影響整個系統(tǒng)的產(chǎn)氣量和產(chǎn)氣率。沼氣發(fā)酵受溫度的影響較大,高溫在夏季和秋季,天然氣生產(chǎn),尤其是冬季冬季氣溫低,沼氣發(fā)酵原料的溫度通常低于10℃,沼氣生產(chǎn)受到嚴重影響,為了實現(xiàn)全年天然氣供應的需求,必須加強冬季和春季池保溫工作,其主要措施如下:

In summer and autumn, the temperature of natural gas production, especially in winter, is low. The temperature of biogas fermentation raw materials is usually lower than 10 ℃. The main measures are as follows:

　　(1)添加溫糞

　　(1) Add warm feces

　　加入人糞肥、馬糞或堆肥后的新鮮干草等發(fā)熱量原料，適當提高池液濃度至10 ~ 12%;

　　Add the raw materials of calorific value such as human manure, horse manure or fresh hay after composting, and properly increase the concentration of the tank liquid to 10 ~ 12%;

　　(2)增加風障，降低溫度消耗

　　沼氣池建在背風處或建在沼氣池的西北風壁上，也是降低溫度消耗的簡單方法;

　　(3)秸稈覆蓋保溫

　　用農(nóng)作物秸稈或干草覆蓋池塘也可以減少溫度損失。
